Macaroni tikka masala with chicken and Brussels sprouts

Macaroni tikka masala with chicken and Brussels sprouts

I don’t have much to say. It’s not my first time mixing pasta and Brussels sprouts.

The results are always good. Just look at the pictures…appealing? Ok, so here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

Macaroni. I used Barilla’s Rigatoni. Approximately 3 handfuls.

1/2 container Patak’s Tikka Masala

2 garlic cloves

200 gr Brussels Sprouts

2 chicken thighs (deboned) You can use the skin, but I’d rather go for the lean version when there’s going to be moisture from a sauce.

2 green chillies

Coriander

Pistachios

Method:

Boil the rigatoni

Meanwhile fry the minced garlic and chopped chicken thighs.

Cook the Brussels Sprouts, diced, in the microwave (use a bowl and cover with another one) for five minutes.

Add to the pan.

Pour the sauce over the rest of the ingredients.

Once the pasta is boiled add to the pan and mix everything together.

Add chopped chilli, cilantro and pistachios on top.

It’s delicious, believe me. Try it at home, have fun and keep fooding!
