One more time, Galicia FĂ³rum GastronĂ³mico left me with a good taste in my mouth, so I’m here to tell you a little bit more about it. Each year I attend to this event, I try to experience all the different activities and workshops to immerse myself in the full Forum experience. This year I got a bit too much on my plate and now it’s passed, I’m glad I did. My favourite part of this event are the workshops….
