Open the banana peel, without cutting it.
Mash the banana a little to leave room for the resto of the ingredients.
Add the peanut butter and tahini first.
Top with the seeds.
Decorate with the raspberries and the mint and verbena leaves.
Eat with a spoon, or if you are brave enough...try without utensils 😁
