Mix the dry ingredients
Add the wet ingredients
Add the fruits
Mix well
Put the mixture in a bakind dish and bake for 30 minutes or until it's well cooked.
Serve with butter and the remaining candied orange. Or, with any other marmalade/preserve.
If you want to veganize this recipe:
-Make a chia egg by mixing 1 tbps of chia with 3 tbsp water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
-Substitute the milk for vegetable drink of your choice (soy and oat work best)
-Serve with margarine, vegan butter, coconut oil, tahini or any other nut butter. You can also omit the butter and spread some marmalade.
